Globus MEDICUS Wins 2007 Internet2 IDEA Award
The Globus MEDICUS incubator project was one of two applications to recently win an Internet2 IDEA Award.
From the Internet 2 IDEA site:
The 2007 Internet2 IDEA award winners represent applied advanced networking at its best, and hold the promise to increase the impact of next-generation networks around the world. The two winning applications were judged on the depth of their positive impact on their primary users, the technical merit of the application, and the likelihood the application would be more broadly adopted. The awards were presented at the Spring 2007 Internet2 Member Meeting held in Washington, D.C. on 24 April 2006.
